Mucchan will ship within Australia and Japan.

Other International shipping is currently not available. 

Sticker only purchases will be shipped without tracking number.

Orders are ready for dispatch within 5 business days. We ship Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery will take 4-5 business days, from shipping date, depending on delivery location.

 

Incorrect address

It is your duty and obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should an incorrect address be entered, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our own expense.

 

Missing packages

We cannot be held responsible for loss, delay or damage by Australia Post. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.

No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim. Please advise us immediately of any damage in transit together with photographic evidence.

 

Returns and exchanges

All purchases on our website are final. Exchanges or refunds are not accepted.

We do not offer a refund unless an item was faulty or defective when it was received.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
